What are my email client settings?

To set up your email client (such as Outlook) to connect securely, use the following settings in your email client:

 

IMAP:

Incoming Server:  cloud.ricochetnetwork.com  port 993

Outgoing Server:  cloud.ricochetnetwork.com  port 465 (or use your ISP's outgoing mail server)

Username:  Your full email address (example: joe@yourdomain.com)

Password:  The password you setup for the account

POP3:

Incoming Server: cloud.ricochetnetwork.com  port 995

Outgoing Server: cloud.ricochetnetwork.com - we recommend port 465 (or use your ISP's outgoing mail server)

Username:  Your full email address (example: joe@yourdomain.com)

Password:  The password you setup for the account
